helpful staff full kitchen convenient access super reception
The staff were helpful. They arranged transport to the airport and provided dining recommendations. The suite featured two beds, a sofa, a table with chairs, and a full kitchen. The location allowed convenient access to Rockefeller Center and other attractions, with a subway stop nearby. The bellboys and cleaning super nice team.
The food options were somewhat limited beyond snacks.

Our suite included a spacious living area and comfortable king bed, ensuring a restful night. The room had ample space. Everything was clean and well kept, promising a carefree stay.

The hotel had self-service laundry facilities on the lower level, a great convenience for longer stays. Elevators operated efficiently, and staff ensured one was always available, moving guests quickly. There was also a small gym .

great location cozy heating poor lighting unavailable air conditioning
the location is really excellent! it is just a short walk to central park! the heating is super cozy and those automatic curtains are a cool touch! i think the staff are genuinely kind and friendly.
the lighting in the bedroom really wasn't enough! you had to pull up the privacy shades to get any decent light though the air conditioning wasn't on! they said the air conditioning for the whole hotel hadn't been turned on yet! it was pretty warm.

friendly staff spacious rooms convenient location stained carpet slow draining moldy caulking
the staff was friendly. the rooms felt spacious, which worked well for my needs. the location provided convenient access to central park.
the carpets had some stains i noticed. the bathtub drained slowly. there was also some mold in the caulking around the tub area, which wasn't ideal.
